This year has been rough on everyone. So many people lost their jobs and a lot of small businesses were closed for months. As the holiday season approaches I wanted to share with you a few of my favorite small businesses in hopes that you will consider shopping with them this Christmas. These businesses are in no particular order.

Poppy Truck

Poppy Truck delivers beautiful blooms to Lane Nona and sometimes they pop up at weekend markets.

The Unusual Needle has phenomenal pieces in her shop. I am astounded every time she posts a new piece. You can buy her needle work or prints and stickers of her pieces.

Heather offers oil kits and recipes from Young Living. This girl is so sweet and she shares the coolest home projects on her personal account.

Mick Farms

If you’ve been here a while then you know this little family owned farm is one of my favorite places. From sunflowers to pumpkins to workshops they have a little bit of everything plus home grown food! You can find any upcoming workshops, their Christmas Crate, and gift cards on their website.

Sugar Rush Marshmallows

Love marshmallows? You and everyone else will love these marshmallows! Get them plain, in a s’mores pie, or find their truck around Orlando to try them toasted! I have purchased many of their marshmallows online because my timing never lines up with where their truck is but even shipped their are tasty.

Sweet Spot Snoballs & One Good Apple

Sweet Spot will be closing for the winter months in about a month so head over there now! Pick up a tasty apple from their shop while you are there. I am not huge on cold treats but when my daughter and husband want to go out this is my top pick because ice cream isn’t that great anyways. Meanwhile, flavors upon flavors of options at Sweet Spot is always a good time!

Yes, this is my shop. Yes, I think you should shop here. Cute jewelry, macrame pieces, keychains await you. Really, there is always something different because I am always trying new things.

Brim & Boho

This trendy shop just recently opened in downtown St. Cloud and their clothes are so cute! I am currently on a don’t buy new clothes kick while I try to lose quarantine weight but once I am there this is where I will be headed! They also have candles, spices, and teas if clothes aren’t on your Christmas list this year.

Another wonderful truck delivering beautiful blooms! This truck is in the Saint Cloud area for markets and they frequently host workshops.

Southern Grounds

I am not a huge coffee person but when I do want coffee I have been known to dip in here. Like twice this year, I really don’t drink a lot of coffee. Anyways, they have very tasty foods and their coffee is delicious. Definitely someplace to check out for the coffee lover on your list.

I know a good chunk of us picked up a thing for plants during quarantine and this company has a lot of beautiful ones! Find the perfect plant gift for the new plant lover on their website and have it shipped!

Magic Candle Co

Disney is a magical place full of magical smells and Magic Candle Co captures them wonderfully! I have purchased oils and wax melts from them and they smell divine! My magic spot at Disney is walking by the confectionary on Main Street so of course I purchased their corresponding scent and it is wonderful every time I melt it!
